USTR Filings

TIA submits comments with the United States Trade Representative (USTR) and other federal agencies on issues involving foreign regulation, trade and other policies. TIA's submissions on such issues as USTR's National Trade Estimate Report and Section 1377 (requires the USTR to review annually the operation and effectiveness of all U.S. trade agreements regarding telecommunications products and services of the United States) can be found in the following listing.
