Leading Tech Associations to Host Innovation Industry & Policy Leaders at Republican and Democratic National Conventions

Washington, DC (August 23, 2012) – America’s leading technology trade associations will host receptions with other technology and policy leaders at the upcoming Republican and Democratic National Conventions in Tampa, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina.  The events will highlight the contributions of technology and innovation to the strength of the American economy.  Hosting the event are: TechNet; TechAmerica; Business Software Alliance (BSA); Consumer Electronics Association; Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA); Computing Technology Industry Association (COMPTIA); North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA); and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).
