TIA issues New Recommended Minimum Performance Standards for cdma2000® High Rate Packet Data Access Terminal Standard
Arlington, VA (April 24, 2014) – The Telecommunications Industry Association, which develops standards for the information and communications technology industry, has released a new document, TIA-866-D-1 [E] Recommended Minimum Performance Standards for cdma2000® High Rate Packet Data Access Terminal.
The TIA-866-D-1 [E], point release provides technical revisions to the MPS documents for cdma2000 1x MS and BS, cdma2000 HRPD AT and AN, and SVDO AT. In addition, the test procedures for multiple tests have been clarified.
TIA-866-D-1 [E] was formulated under the cognizance of the TIA TR-45 Mobile and Point-to-Point Communications Standards, TR-45.5 Spread Spectrum Digital Technology -- Mobile and Personal Communications Standards
