TIA Issues a Call for Interest on New a Project for Project 25 - Interoperability Test Procedures - Over-the-Air Rekeying (OTAR)

Stakeholders Invited to Contact TIA Regarding Participation.

Arlington VA. (July 14, 2015) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-8.3 Engineering Committee on Encryption has issued a call for interest for document TSB-102.CABB-A initially titled Project 25 - Interoperability Test Procedures - Over-the-Air Rekeying (OTAR). TR-8.3 is developing guidelines that describes interoperability tests for land-mobile radios and KMFs meeting the Project 25 OTAR requirements. This project will accept and consider contributions proposing editorial or technical changes to the published version."

The stakeholders may include, but are not limited to Vendors of P25 OTAR equipment.

TIA is actively seeking participation in these projects from the user and general interest communities.
