TIA Issues Call for Interest on a New Project for Digital C4FM/CQPSK Transceiver Measurement Methods

Stakeholders Invited to Contact TIA Regarding Participation.

Arlington VA. (August 20, 2015) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-8.1 Engineering Committee on Equipment Measurement Procedures has issued a call for interest for document TIA-102.CAAA-E initially titled Digital C4FM/CQPSK Transceiver Measurement Methods. TR-8.1 is developing guidelines which revises the existing document to add methods of measurement for receivers that employ class D audio power amplifiers.

The stakeholders may include, but are not limited to: Public Safety Radio Users & Manufactures of P25.

TIA is actively seeking participation in these projects from the user and general interest communities.
