TIA Issues Call for Interest on new Project for Speech quality objective and subjective measurement procedures and performance requirements

Stakeholders Invited to Contact TIA Regarding Participation.

Arlington VA. (June 21, 2016) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-41.3 Engineering Committee on Analog and Digital Wireline Terminals has issued a call for interest for document TIA-5047 initially titled Speech quality objective and subjective measurement procedures and performance requirements. TR-41.3 is developing a new standard that will combine annex information in published and in standards under revision.

The stakeholders may include, but are not limited to: Manufacturers of communication products.

TIA is actively seeking participation in these projects from the user and general interest communities.
