TIA Issues Call for Interest on new Project for Trunking Control Channel Messages

Arlington VA. (October 25, 2017) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-8.10 Engineering Committee on Trunking and Conventional Control has issued a call for interest for document ANSI/TIA-102.AABC-E initially titled "Trunking Control Channel Messages". TR-8.10 is developing guidelines in the area defined by the following scope: "This revision is a general update of the Trunking Control Channel Messages standard, integrating three addenda outstanding and miscellaneous editorial enhancements."

The stakeholders may include, but are not limited to: P25 manufacturers and customers.

TIA is actively seeking participation in these projects from the user and general interest communities.
