TIA Issues New Signaling Test Specification for E-UTRAN – cdma2000 Connectivity and Interworking Standard

Arlington, VA (May 20, 2015) – The Telecommunications Industry Association, which develops standards for the information and communications technology industry, has released a new document, TIA-1173-A-1 Signaling Test Specification for E-UTRAN – cdma2000 Connectivity and Interworking.

TIA-1173-A-1 specifies requirements to develop signaling conformance test procedures and requirements for the Interworking Signaling Test Specification document to support the features in C.S0087-A v3.0.

TIA-1173-A-1 was formulated under the cognizance of the TIA TR-45 Mobile and Point-to-Point Communications Standards, TR-45.5 Spread Spectrum Digital Technology -- Mobile and Personal Communications Standards subcommittee.
