James Ruedlinger, PE, Manager Engineer, Crown Castle
James Ruedlinger is a registered professional engineer with over 17 years of experience in construction engineering including development of engineered rigging plans for complex reinforcement designs, new tower construction, tower demolitions, and large antenna installations as well as extensive design and analysis experience of large and small gin poles. James also has over 15 years of climbing and tower inspection experience, and has been actively involved with the TIA committee in developing construction and gin pole design standards since the inception of the ANSI/TIA-1019 standard. James currently serves as the chair of the TR14 task group responsible for the ANSI/TIA-322 engineering standard on Loading, Analysis, and Design Criteria Related to the Installation, Alteration and Maintenance of Communication Structures.

John Erichsen, SE, PE, Owner, EET LLC
John serves as owner and principal structural engineer. EET is a privately held Structural Engineering Consulting Firm specializing in Communications Structures. John directs the activities of engineering and sales personnel of business unit. As owner, John’s responsibilities also include developing new markets and products, developing information systems, coordinating sales, engineering and operations effort. John is the chairman and a technical lead of TIA TR-14 engineering committee which focuses on communications towers’ safety, integrity and reliability.

Mark Malouf, PE, SECB, IPF, President, Malouf Engineering International
Mark serves as President of Malouf Engineering, which is a consulting structural engineering firm. The firm specializes in telecommunication and renewable energy structures and related facility buildings with the goal of providing high level of technical services with personal involvement and attention to our clients' requirements.
